Densmore Tool & Die Works Limited has
enjoyed a very stable work force since the
Company's inception. We are proud to say
that we have many long-term employees
within our group today.
Our business plan has always included
offering Toolmaking Apprenticeships to
qualified personnel. Today the majority
of our workforce includes Toolmaker
Journeymen that have served their
Apprenticeship with Densmore Tool.
On a continues basis, we are upgrading
the Engineering and Toolmakers' skill sets,
including the latest in CAD/CAM Software,
CNC Machine Control, Cutting Tools,
Grinding Wheels and Inspection Equipment.
When hiring, we look for individuals with
a mature work ethic, that are enthusiastic
and committed to improvement.
